Home Health Aides (HHA/CNA) make a difference in the daily lives of our residents.  They provide assistance in daily living and personal care services in accordance with an established care plan.
Responsibilities include:
*Provide health care services to residents
*Perform domestic and household tasks
*Administer simple prescribed medications
*Assist with residents personal care activities
*Monitor residents (vital signs, temperature, respiration, etc) and report on their condition
*Maintain resident records and document provided services
*Assist residents with mobility and exercises
